The Washington Post has a short summary of U.S. diplomacy with Europe this week. Besides meeting with the Turkish PM on Monday, Bush met with French President Sarkozy yesterday & today and he will meet German Chancellor Merkel at his Crawford Ranch later in the week. Also of note, President Sarkozy will address a joint session of Congress today.
