Andrew Wolff is a doctoral candidate in International Relations at Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in European History and Politics from Washington and Lee University and a Masters degree in European Studies from Johns Hopkins University SAIS. His professional experience is as a legal staff assistant in the United States Senate and an English teacher in the Czech Republic. He was managing editor of Foreign Policy Bulletin prior to becoming web editor. Areas of research interest include U.S. foreign policy, transatlantic relations, international economics, and European relations. He is currently writing a dissertation on the geopolitics of EU & NATO enlargement into Central and Eastern Europe.

Jack A. Goldstone (Ph.D. Harvard University) is Hazel Professor and Director of the Center for Global Policy at George Mason University, and a Scholar at the Mercatus Center. He is the author of Revolution and Rebellion in the Early Modern World (California 1981), and editor of The Encyclopedia of Political Revolutions (Congressional Quarterly 1998). He has received the Distinguished Contribution to Scholarship award of the American Sociological Association, the Arnoldo Momigliano Prize of the Historical Society, and fellowships from the ACLS and the MacArthur Foundation. He has been a consultant to the US State Department and the US Agency for International Development on support for fragile states. Kevin Fandl is an attorney and a doctoral candidate with an interest in international trade and economic growth in Latin America and the Middle East. He holds a Masters Degree in International Relations from the School of International Service at American University and a Juris Doctor degree from the Washington College of Law at American University. He is presently pursuing his PhD in Public Policy at George Mason University with an emphasis on international trade and legal reform to facilitate development. He is a former Presidential Management Fellow and a current Fulbright Scholar researching and teaching in Bogot?, Colombia. His professional experience includes work at various Washington, D.C. law firms as well as at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the U.S. Agency for International Development and the U.S. Trade and Development Agency, where he served as the Special Assistant to the Deputy Director. He is the former Senior Critical Essays Editor of the American University International Law Review and is the current Managing Editor of the Foreign Policy Bulletin. He is an adjunct professor of law at the American University Washington College of Law and a Visiting Professor at the Universidad de los Andes in Bogota.
